The weather is warming up and its time to start thinking about that Christmas and January Summer Beach Holiday. There are a few things to consider when planning your accommodation at the Mandurah Holiday Village

* Due to the demand for our villas all arrivals on a public holiday will be subject to a $40 surcharge.

* From the 26th December to 03rd January 2007 a min 7 Night Stay Applies

* No refunds will be given for early departures

* Only one car is permitted to park onsite at the resort. All other cars must use street parking if available

* Arrivals are preferred on Sunday and Friday's only for 5 or 7 Nights.

* Weekends will only be sold from Mid December onwards. No reservations will be taken for weekends until this time.

* All Villas are self contained and will be serviced after 7 days only. Amenities ie coffee/tea/sugar etc are provided on arrival however are the guests responsibility thereafter.
